Krishna was really quick in obtaining an appointment with us and told us exactly what we need to do, and made the process easy. Before we tried for big 4 banks to get a mortgage but we were unsuccessful because of our credit history. So, this is where Krishna made the things quite easy for us and put a pre approval application.
Krishna gets pre approval before we look for property. We got pre approval within 2-3 days and we went to an auction. He actually came to the auction to help us biding the price. Because of him, we felt that we have someone with us who will be helping us throughout the auction.
During auction we feel really nervous as there are many people in a room and 6 more property are going to get an auction for. Krishna made us very comfortable as he actually came to the auction and we thought that we will get property for much more that we couldn’t afford but he made us comfortable because he knows our limit how much we can go up and down with real estate agents and we got a property for very affordable price.
We were planning to pay for the property but he suggests putting extra deposit so that we will not have to pay LMI which is saving of $8000. He also helps us to get insurance for a property in very competitive price. In fact, we were able to save $40 per month.
